Wild Game Processing

We offer wild game processing services including cutting, packaging, as well as sausage and jerky making. We are not able to accept carcasses which do not adhere to the requirements in the Alberta hunting regulations. The hunter must be able to present their hunting license, tag #, and WIN at drop off.

The evidence of sex, species, or class must be retained, but the viscera should be removed. The carcass should be field dressed, clean, and cooled as soon as possible before arrival to the WS Foods facility.

Freezer burnt, dirty, hairy, or meat that is unfit for consumption may be refused.
